    Harry Potter books are incredible, and maybe one of the best-known sagas in the world. Perhaps, this is because they can be read from young children to adults. If you don't like reading too much, you can also watch the films, but the books are much better. Originally, there are 7 books, but in 2016 the last one (“Harry Potter and the Cursed Child”) was published, which is a play.

The author of these books is J.K. Rowling, who in June 1990 travelled by train from Manchester to London. The train had problems and the trip was delayed for four hours. During that time, she wrote the well-known idea of Harry Potter and the Wizarding School.

Harry is an orphan boy who discovers that he is a wizard on his 11th birthday. The books tell us about his adventures at Hogwarts magic school with his close friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. My favourite character in the whole saga is Sirius Black, who is Harry's godfather. I was lucky to be able to attend the exhibition in Madrid, and if you like Harry Potter it´s amazing. There you can see all the costumes and things that are used to shoot the films. It´s something very interesting. I would definitely repeat the experience.

The connection with Edinburgh is that the magic school is located in Scotland, whose capital is Edinburgh. Many of the locations where the film was shot were in Edinburgh and Wales. I think every child has ever dreamed of being able to go to this special school.
